Countdown to Carrie and Bryan’s big day! In honor of their upcoming wedding, I thought I would post a few of their engagement photos. I will share some wedding shots, too, but just to get in the mood, here they are in the beautiful fall light…
We did a beautiful coffee table book for the guests to sign — so if you’re going to the wedding –check it out!
This is one of Bryan’s favorites…
Countdown has started… see you two on Saturday!
Many thanks to the great looking stars of 96.3 KSCS radio. It was great fun working with you!
This is the morning show…Hawkeye, Terry & Rebecca.

They were also the stars of the annual Ft. Worth Stock Show & Rodeo poster that we shot in December. Here they are in the limited edition poster –if you’re lucky enough to see them at one of their appearances, they’ll autograph one for you! Many thanks to Teena Le, who did the hair and makeup that day –and did a fabulous job for us. Hard to tell it was 25 degrees that morning. Thanks to everyone for being such good sports… I think you look great!
And now for even more stars and some celebrity dogs…
Bill Kinder brought these beautiful guys as props.
And speaking of props – some people got a little carried away. That’s Brother Van and the entire contents of his garage. But he was so much fun all we could do was laugh and keep snapping away…
Trooper brought his daughter Sadie, and his signature glass of ice tea.
And, of course, not to be out done –Traffic guru Michael Scott had to bring his jetcopter
All in all it was lots of fun. We also had appearances by the latest addition to the staff, Stubie Doak
and weekend radio goddesses Mel and Katie!

and a special visit from Chris Huff and Cody McCoy..

Thanks everyone. You guys are so much fun!
I know I promised HEADSHOTS of some huge radio stars –and I will deliver! But first I want to share a small breakthrough. It’s a BABY PLAN. I’ve had people asking for this for a long, long time and I have had a mental block about selling "packages." I always tend to shy away from anything that reminds me of the old style photo studio…you know? Where they throw their body in front of the door if you try to leave without spending at least $2000. They sit you down with someone who knows nothing about what you wanted, but who starts throwing sales pitches at you. :::shudder::: it literally wakes me in the middle of the night.
But I realized that new parents need things to be easy. Let’s face it, they’ve got their hands full. So I came up with THE BABY PLAN (clever sophisticated title, huh?) It’s as simple as I could possibly make it. Three full sessions anytime during Baby’s first year, a leather 5×5 album with 10 images (or a 16×20 print) and 25 custom designed birth announcements –for $350. Big savings for the new Mom and Dad and fun for the photographer because I love doing the 5×5 albums and looking back at a whole year of the same baby. I was told by one of my clients that they really wanted THE PLAN as a gift, instead of lots of little shower gifts. Let’s hope her friends at the office are reading this!
That’s today’s big news. Now where are those celebrities?
I just love doing headshots — especially some of the fun people I’ve had come through the door lately. I’ll post a few of them later today, but I’d just like to thank all of the air talent at KSCS radio. You guys are great fun! I love the kids and it’s all good, but how fun is it to have CELEBRITIES in front of the camera??
And depsite what you’ve heard, it’s not about me being bossy! Not that I hate being in control you understand, but what’s wrong with photographing grown ups every once in a while? Stay tuned for the gorgeous stars of KSCS radio — and even some celebrity dogs!
